- We accept Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Card.
- If you do not have insurance we offer a cash discount if payment in full is made at the time of service.
Insurance:
- We will bill all your charges to the insurance companies we are contracted with.
- We will collect your copay at the time of service as required by your insurance company.

Obstetrical Services:
At your first visit of your pregnancy our financial counselor will spend a few minutes with you to go over your insurance benefits and arrange monthly payments for the amount you will owe for your care.
We know that understanding your insurance benefits isn't always easy, so if you ever have questions concerning the billing of your insurance or our billing processes contact the financial counselor at 574-533-0348 ext. 128 or by email to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
